POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for the comprehensive management and administration of construction projects, including schedule establishment and updates, cost tracking and reporting, change order management, owner communication, and subcontractor coordination.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage project budgets within the company.

- Collaborate with subcontractors during the buyout process to ensure project scopes are complete and costs remain within budget.

- Define scopes of work and responsibilities with subcontractors, setting clear expectations.

- Handle procurement, bidding, and de-scoping of subcontractors.

- Prepare contracts and purchase orders.

- Establish project schedules before construction begins and update them throughout the project, ensuring subcontractor involvement and ownership.

- Resolve design issues and unforeseen conditions in collaboration with subcontractors and the Design Team.

- Process RFIs, CORs, PCOs, and Change Orders upstream and downstream, providing necessary documentation for accuracy and legitimacy assessment.

- Support superintendents to fulfill their duties effectively.

- Ensure the correct products are used during bidding and submittal processes.

- Enforce subcontractor and vendor agreements regarding cost and scope.

- Oversee the entire project closeout process, including incomplete work lists, punch out, and warranty and O&M information collection to maintain buildings and warranties.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor daily progress of punch out to prevent delays.

- Ensure all vendors and subcontractors provide necessary warranty and O&M information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
